Videos generated through our Service are licensed to you for personal and commercial use according to your subscription tier. Free tier users receive limited commercial rights; paid subscribers receive full commercial rights.

The Dreams.ml platform, including its AI technology, design, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. The Dreams.ml concept and design was created by Simon Wilby.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our Service to:

• Create content depicting violence, abuse, or exploitation
• Generate content that infringes on others' rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer our AI technology
• Circumvent usage limits or security measures
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission

6. Subscription and Payment
